Devour was born out of the love of one building &
the crazy idea to make authentic Italian food.

The Dyehouse stole our heart, the rampant river & ancient
beams were begging to come alive again. What if we could
recreate a place full of warmth & generosity that can be found
in those back street trattorias found in Italy. That unique &
undescribable atmosphere that blends the simple with the
spectacular.

We started Devour to share enthusiasm, passion
& a little bit of knowledge, to bring all the arts
of cooking, music, film & more together.
