This guide will help you change your Universal Jobmatch email address and change your Government Gateway email address.

To change your Universal Jobmatch email address, you will also need to change your email address on Government Gateway.

Log in to your Universal Jobmatch account. Click ‘Profile’ on the navigation bar at the top of the page. The “profile” link is highlighted in the image below.

Scroll down to the ‘Email’ box, highlighted in the image below. Enter your new email address and click ‘Save’

Now click on ‘Profile’ again and then click on the ‘Government Gateway’ link.

This will take you to the Government Gateway website where you can change your email address. Click on ‘Edit details’, highlighted in the image below.

Enter your new email address.

Click the “Submit” button and you will be redirected to the email address change confirmation page.

If it doesn’t say “Verified” next to the Email Verification Status. Login to your email account and navigate to the email verification email. Open the email and click on the email verification link.
